Production

Casting, machining and inspection on one site: 10 cold-chamber HPDC machines (200–1,350 t), CNC machining, vibratory finishing and shot blasting, plus CMM and X-ray inspection.

We cast the following alloys:

To ensure the quality of raw materials, we use spectral analysis of the chemical composition of the aluminium alloys.

Our plant is equipped with the machines, tools and handling equipment to deliver fully machined castings as well as raw or semi-finished ones.

Casting

We cast parts of varying dimensions and weights, from 0.03 up to 5.2 kg, and are capable of casting parts of up to 15 kg. We currently operate 10 high-pressure die casting machines ranging from 200 t to 1,350 t.

In high-pressure die casting, the molten alloy is injected through a cold chamber into the die at high speed and under high pressure. The process allows large volumes of thin-walled and other complex shapes to be produced. Die cast parts have a smooth and clean surface finish.

Machining

  • 3 vertical machining centres:
  • HAAS VF2 SS – high-speed 4-axis machining centre, working area 750 × 410 × 500 mm
  • CNC FEELER – vertical machining centre, working area 700 × 500 × 500 mm
  • CNC DMC – vertical machining centre, working area 900 × 500 × 510 mm
  • Takisawa LA200M CNC lathe with live tooling
  • 3 multi-spindle tapping machines – 2 to 8 M4–M8 threads at once, on diameters of Ø50–Ø250 mm
  • Weber wet grinder
  • Dry grinders
  • 4 vibratory finishing machines (Rottofinish)
  • Gostol TST shot blasting machine
